While there might be some truth in this, it is also very important to note that the outcome of every relationship still borders on the individuals involved in the first place.

For the very curious ones, here goes a background to the question;

A lady went on social media, to reveal a particular pain point in her marriage at the moment. She married her husband with a 70k salary, although he had to raise about 580k for her bride price and other family requirements.

Now, to the issue at hand, her brother wants to get married and her family has requested that she brings her own share of the contribution. Upon meeting her husband for assistance, she was rejected as he clearly stated that he had paid her bride price, hence he had no business supporting any of her family’s financial commitments.

The issues sparked a lot of interest and response from social media users who believe that her husband has nothing wrong, seeing that he is still trying to find balance on a 70k monthly salary.

To be fair, it might be hard to keep up with other financial responsibilities asides that of his immediate family with such an amount monthly, especially in a state like Lagos, where the standard of living is a bit on the high side. Finances play a huge role in the success and failure of marriages, hence it is paramount to make smart decisions with regards the subject. Marry a man with no salary

Based on various human experiences, financial frustration can tear up a home, and shred to pieces a love that was once held dear. If as a lady you have high taste and do not see yourself reducing this even in the advent of marriage, then its best you get a good job in order to keep with such taste, otherwise, the man would be unhappy bearing all the weight of the burden, except this has been agreed on based on request.

In a country like Nigeria, it is very hard to turn a blind eye to the aspect of finance because it plays a crucial role in basic survival. As a couple, you both need to make smart money choices, which would also affect the kind of jobs accepted and also the kind of personal investments to make in order to join a higher pool of earners.

Most individuals are getting a hang of venturing into business, whether online or offline and this has been a great support, most especially to the loyal fans of the 9 to 5 life. It takes two to tango and also two to come into the commitment of marriage, hence whatever standards you are raising for your man, ensure that you also uphold such standards for yourself, that way everything seems fair, breeding room for love and peace to reign.

A man who earns N100,000 or less definitely will not earn that forever. The desire to push and the right drive can help move a man’s income. The choice is yours if you marry a man who doesn’t earn much.

Can you marrry a man who earns less than a N100,000 is indeed a question and a decision as well as a choice for every lady to make. However, there are other things to consider to help you decide.

You might also want to consider your income as a woman and what you are bringing to the table as well. Do you think your income as well as his can cover your expenses aa a couple.

You might also want to profer that he takes on a better paying Job, as defintely you wouldn’t want to be the one picking most of the bills.

The Job hunt for a better paying job, might not come immediately, so it requires a whole lot of patience. Bearing this in mind, might help not to put much strain on the relationship. If he decides to start a business, it equally takes time too. The most important thing is that he has the drive and the will to be successful.

We have also seen situations where couples join forces and come out successful. Who knows you might be the push a man needs to be successful. A lot of successful billionaires owe their success to the women in their lives. A woman’s love, motivation and encouragement  can spur a man to achieve the Unimaginable.

So Ladies can you marry a man whose salary is below N100,000?  Think clearly, because with your support, love and commitment, a man with a great drive and determination is sure to reach for the skies. Remember men have egos, irrespective of their earning power. So you might also want to look at that direction as well and give him all the respect required of a husband.

Of course there are men who are Lazy snd Laid back who probably  wouldn’t want to bulge. They neither  have the push nor the drive to be successful. These are traits and qualities you need to check out for, to help you make that decision. There are salient traits one need to look out for ,to ensure one makes the right decision.

A lot of men by circumstances earn low income because of the jobs available to them at the time. Some companies for sometime now have been employing just casual workers or what is known as contract staff.  Not that they are not qualified but that’s the only job available at the time.

Taking a whole look at what is involved will help you make a decision if you can marry a man who earns less than  a N100,000. So Ladies can you marry a man whose salary is  below N100,000?The ultimate  choice and decision is indeed yours!
