The Low Rate of Coronavirus in Africa Puzzles World Health Experts, as Africa as a continent has only recorded three cases alone.
It has indeed puzzled the World that Africa known for its Sub standard health system has been able to contain the Virus. Only twelve cases has been recorded so far. There has been no death recorded either.

Experts are astonished at this remarkable number going by the fact that the African Continent has a massive population of over 1.8 billion people.
The Continent’s affiliation with China has been a source of concern to the World Health Organisation. They have constantly worried about the fragility of African continent health system and its capability to handle the spread of the Virus.
The head of the World Health Organisation, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus had posited that”Our biggest concern continues to be the potential for Covid-19 to spread in countries with weaker health systems
.Nobody knows why the virus is not widespread in Africa as most Experts are of the opinion that may be there isn’t much travel between China and Africa. Some say the African Continent has a favourable Climate which doesn’t allow the disease to thrive.
There are also facts of genetic differences to susceptibility to infections. However there are no scientific evidences to bsck up this claim for Covid-19.
The CDC (Center for Disease Control) which is responsible for the West and Central Africa is located in Abuja, the
capital of Nigeria. Which puts Nigeria in the fore front of fighting Covid-19. its recorded success in containing Ebola in 2014 is one of its major feat.
