GETTING RID OF BELLY FAT OR “EXTRA TYRE”
Those extra tyres you have on your belly or abdominals can be gotten rid off if you really mean to. There’s nothing horrible than a bulging tummy on a lovely fitted dress.Unless you are pregnant,or just had a baby,or probably had surgery a bulging tummy is a no no.
I see a lot of people give up and take it as their lot but really you can do something about that bulging tommy of yours!
You can be on the big side but your tommy needs to go in, to give you that chic look!
I’m not saying you must have six packs but you need to have that tommy in
Now let’s get you motivated! Here are FIVE amazing steps to take
1. Measure out. Get a tape and measure around your tummy just on your belly button and write it down. Do likewise for the lower/ abdominal area. There’s something super natural about writing things down.it gets you supercharged to tackle the problem at hand and seek a solution.
2. Watch your diet!
Replace your carbs with soluble protein.carbs like bread, pasta and most junk food won’t do you any good. Cut out sugar, carbonated drinks and juice.
3. Exercise
You can’t rule out the effect of exercise on reducing those flabs on your tommy. Various aerobics and cardio exercises that target the stomach area will go along way in tightening the abdominal muscles
4. Reduce/cut out your alcohol intake.
Alcohol is known to decrease fat burn in the belly. It slows down your metabolism and stores fat in your belly area. Alchohol increases your calorie intake as well as decrease your motivation for exercise
5. Your stress level affects your weight
If you are stressed up and don’t get enough rest you tend to gain weight especially in your mid region. Lack of sleep could make your metabolism slow and make you gain weight. Everyone needs adequate sleep to balance your metabolism.
