Late Eno as she is fondly called by family and friends died from a liposuction complication at the Grandville Medical and Laser Clinic situated at Maitama in the Federal Capital territory in Abuja.
Grandville Medical and Laser Clinic is a Medical Facility that specializes in a wide range of surgical,medical,aesthetic,Skin,health and beauty cares. Their headquarters is located in Lagos Nigeria, with branches in Lekki, Surulere, and Maitama Abuja. Grandville Medical and Laser Clinic Plastic and Aesthetics division handles a variety of surgical and non surgical cosmetics procedures.
According to the Plastic Surgeon,Mr Ayo Aranmolate,who is also the CEO of Geandville Medical and Laser Clinic, in a Chat with The Guardian, he pointed out that Barrister Enobong Akpabio had her surgery in his medical clinic and during the surgery She lost so much blood and needed a blood transfusion.
She however reacted to blood provided by the blood bank and the blood was stopped and sent back to the blood bank for recheck. He however said that he noticed that the deceased required more monitoring and care so he moved her to the Intensive Care Unit. She died three days after.
The Clinic had come under attack after what seemed like an advertisement picture of the deceased was put on the Clinic’s social media Page.
