Renowned dancer and singer Korra Obidi stands her ground as she addresses recent controversies surrounding her Hawaii vacation, following the success of her GoFundMe campaign, which amassed over $50,000 for her legal fees.
It’s worth recalling that the single mother of two previously turned to social media to solicit support from Nigerians and her fans worldwide, seeking financial assistance to address legal issues with her ex-husband.
Despite initial criticisms suggesting she was misusing funds for her vacation, Korra took to social media to clarify the situation.
She explained that the Hawaii trip had been planned prior to her plea for donations and urged netizens to refrain from unfounded accusations.
Emphasizing that the collected funds would indeed be allocated as promised, Korra dismissed speculation and called for trust from her supporters.
