In Ekiti State, there’s a plan to use money to help livestock farmers, make livestock farming better, and create opportunities for young people and private businesses in livestock.
The plan, according to the NGF report, includes fixing all the animal hospitals in different areas and the main animal hospital in the state. They also want to improve the poultry industry from making chickens to processing them. Other things in the plan are teaching about animal feed and helping with artificial insemination (Al).
In Zamfara State, Governor Dauda Lawal recently met with the Swedish Ambassador, Annika Hahn-Englund. They talked about working together to make the state’s economy better and deal with the challenges it’s facing. The report says the meeting’s goal is to create partnerships and work together on important parts of the economy. They want to build strong connections and do projects that will help Zamfara State and its people.
During the meeting, Governor Lawal promised the Swedish ambassador that his government is ready to work together for progress and long-term development in different areas.
