The Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings, Herbert Wigwe, his wife and son has reportedly died in a helicopter crashed in the United States.
The unfortunate news of the demise of the CEO of Access Holdings has caused an uproar on the internet.
According to the New York Times, a total of six persons had boarded the helicopter which had crashed near the California-Nevada border in the US.
Also, according to the Federal Aviation Administration, the Eurocopter EC130 helicopter crashed around 10 p.m local time near Nipton, Calif, an unincorporated community approximately 60 miles South of Las Vegas in Eastern San Bernardino County.
The National Transportation Safety Board (N.T.S.B) and Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.) are still investigating the cause of the crash.
Officials from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department have been notified of the downed aircraft at 10:12 p.m. local time, according to Mara Rodriguez, a public information officer with the department. She added that the crash site was located East of Interstate 15, near Halloran Springs Road.
