Nigerian actress Eniola Ajao has revealed the reason behind keeping her 21-year-old son, Ayomide Daniel, away from social media.
In an interview with Seun Oloketuyi TV, Ajao explained that she made this decision long before entering the entertainment industry.
She expressed concerns about her chances of finding a partner if her son’s presence on social media was public.
“This decision was made long before I even thought about pursuing a career in entertainment,” Ajao stated.
She continued by saying;
“When I became a mother at a young age, I worried that having a child might deter potential suitors, so I chose to keep it private. Many aspects of my life, including my son, were kept out of the public eye.”
Ajao further revealed that she decided to unveil her son to the public after being perceived as a “young girl” by colleagues who were unaware of her motherhood.
She emphasized the importance of being authentic about her life and setting the record straight.
