Eggs are the most healthiest form of protein and helps in building up muscle in the body. eggs are best eaten in the morning and will help power your workout for the day. Eggs helps to grow and increase your butt size

4. FISH
Fish is an excellent food to help grow your booty.it contains good fats like omega 3 fatty acids which are healthy fats. Fish is excellent for the heart too

 5. NUTS
Nuts are excellent fats and contains protein which helps to increase the butt size. NUTS contains tons of vitamins and minerals and excellent for heart health as well. Almond, cashew etc are great
