The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency is urging the public to assist in locating a young lady who recorded herself smoking Shisha and exposing her baby to harmful substances.
The lady posted the video on her Whatsapp status with the caption
“My baby sef don shayo”
Reacting to the video which has been widely condemned, the agency in a statement released on its X handle, called on the public to help locate the young lady.
