The social media relationship expert revealed that marriage is a journey that shows the real you and teaches you to be humble in life. He stressed how marriage unveils the secrets of one’s partner to the other and how vulnerable one is forced to become with their partner.
In a post he made on X, he revealed that marriage as an institution helps to tame stubbornness in couples and forces couples to be more gentle with each other. He also revealed that one becomes vulnerable as one realizes that your partner knows your dirtiest secrets.
In his words;
“Marriage calms you down, it tames you, it teaches you that life is not by reckless stubbornness. I guess because marriage reveals your flaws and depels vulnerabilities, it’s easy to be humble. You grow into being a bit more gentle, a bit more patient and wholesome because you’re not all that you think. Your spouse is a reminder that someone knows your nastiest underwear and your secret flaws. This is humbling. It is humbling to be and to stay married.”
