Renowned songstress, Simi Kosoko, popularly known as Simi, has responded to a Twitter critic who labeled her as lazy for not releasing a single in over a year.
Simi, who is the wife of fellow singer Adekunle Gold, recently dropped her first single of the year titled “All I Want.” The release followed a teasing period where she built anticipation among her fans.
Shortly after unveiling her latest song, a critic named @0luwatomisin took to X to express dissatisfaction, stating, “I really need Simi to evolve as an artist. She’s stressing me with her new songs. It feels lazy.”
Unfazed by the critique, Simi responded by sharing a video of herself dancing to her new single, confidently dismissing the critic’s opinion.
