A printer identified as George Johnson Sopruchi was fatally shot by gunmen at Abakiliki Street, near Emenike in Mile 1 Diobu, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The incident occurred on Saturday night, March 16. According to an eyewitness, the gunmen trailed the printer to Abakiliki Street in Diobu around 8:30 pm and shot him while he was engaged in conversation with someone.
Subsequently, the gunmen stole the victim’s motorcycle and one of his mobile phones. Bystanders rushed the victim to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Sunday morning, March 17.
