Nigerian singer Portable has stirred controversy on social media by revealing that he was scammed during a recent trip to Nairobi, Kenya.
The musician, accompanied by his wife Bewaji, disclosed to his followers that he received an empty bottle after ordering Azul, a popular alcoholic beverage.
Portable was in Nairobi to announce several significant career milestones, including his upcoming album release, the approval of his American visa, and the acquisition of a N100 million property.
While recounting his visit to a local club in Nairobi, Portable shared how he was surprised when someone ordered a bottle of Azul for him.
He intended to take the bottle back to Nigeria for a ritual ceremony but was disappointed the next morning to find the bottle empty. Taking to social media, Portable informed his followers of the incident, asserting that he had been deceived.
