Musician, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, engaged actress Eniola Ajao in a conversation, seeking clarification regarding an award presented to Bobrisky, which sparked controversy.
Portable questioned why an award was given to Bobrisky, whom he referred to as a horror, instead of recognizing a deserving individual who exemplifies heroism.
Portable’s inquiry arose following criticisms directed at the event organizers, including Eniola Ajao, who organized the premiere where Bobrisky received the award for best-dressed female in the feminine category, despite being male.
In response to the backlash, Eniola Ajao yielded to pressure, apologized, and retrieved the award from Bobrisky, subsequently awarding it to the rightful recipient along with attractive financial incentives.
Despite these corrective actions, Portable confronted Eniola Ajao days after the incident, expressing his dissatisfaction with the situation and posing additional questions.
Sitting beside the actress, Portable queried, “Instead of honoring a hero, why did you choose to award a horror? Why was the horror awarded?”
Despite attempts by the actress to silence him, Portable persisted in expressing his concerns, refusing to be deterred.
