Twitter Users are talking about the advice which the General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye stated he gave his son, which was to sack his secretary who he was attracted to.
Pastor Enoch Adeboye had shared a tweet on Twitter admonishing couples to stay faithful and true to each other,He cautioned them against neglecting their families and implored them to always make their family a priority.
He shared and gave an example
“One of my sons told me he was always excited to resume at his office every monday because he would get to see his secretary again”
He went on to say
” I told him to fire her immediately, Nothing and no one is worth your marriage”
The General Overseer went ahead to state the Slogan
“CRUSH THAT CRUSH”
“What is a married woman doing on the phone for countless minutes with another man” Why will a married man be spending all that time with a woman that is not his wife”
“Why will you prefer to discuss intimate things with your “Friend” of the opposite sex instead of your God given Spouse”
“You may say that you are not doing anything with the fellow, that we are just friends but that is how it starts”
He called on Christians to realize the Devil is real and is constantly trying to ensure we fall from grace.
However various Twitter Users have disagreed with the Pastor on advising his son to sack his secretary.
some Twitter users wrote “sacking the secretary is not the issue, he would still go after her irrespective”
Some other twitter users said he would have advised his son to control his desires while some were of the opinion that the secretary was innocent and shouldn’t have lost her job on account of his son. some posited that He should have changed her department or moved her somewhere else.
