Suspicions arise as tragedy strikes at BrickHall School in Abuja, where a 4-year-old pupil, Miguel Ovoke, tragically passed away on Wednesday, April 24.

The incident occurred during the school’s feeding hours, sending shockwaves through the community.

Despite being rushed to the hospital upon showing signs of distress, young Miguel could not be saved, as the hospital pronounced him dead upon arrival.

The death certificate issued by Excel Specialist Hospital, Abuja, dated April 24, 2024, reveals troubling details.

Signed by Dr. Akinwande Ajayi on behalf of the medical director, the report indicates that Miguel was brought in unconscious, with signs of aspiration on meat while feeding at school.

Medical examinations further revealed alarming findings, including fixed and dilated pupils, absence of peripheral pulses, unrecordable blood pressure, and no cardiopulmonary activity.

Despite the medical team’s efforts to resuscitate him, Miguel was declared “Brought in Dead.”

In the wake of this devastating loss, the parents of the deceased suspect foul play and have sought legal representation.
