A student from the Niger Delta University was seen in a viral video asking for help.
The student goes by the name @whisky_dennis. In the viral video, the student broke down in tears while narrating the situation of his life and how it’s been difficult to eat for weeks.
@whisky_Dennis narrated he had lost his father and his mother is a farmer whose state of income is unable to give him the basic lifestyle.
He tearfully asked for help so as to be able to go through with his university studies.
He wrote;
“Since I came to this school, things have been so hard for me. Nobody to help me. My dad is late. My mum is a farmer. No family. No friends. I’m dying. I’ve been starving for weeks. I’m dying,”
He hopes for financial intervention before starvation kills him.
This has sent some netizens into an emotional state, many are pleading with him to hang in there while many offered their financial support.
