Mohbad a Nigerian rapper and singer is said to have died after a performance in Ikorodu, Lagos state.
Reports gathered said that Mohbad may have been struck by supernatural powers commonly termed “juju” in the Nigerian accent.
The video of his performance in Ikorodu went viral and gained him utmost followers on social media. His increase in popularity grew dramatically after the show and it could be seen that he was full of life. His death is still a shock to many.
A viral statement on social media says
“The person that called me said they hit him with juju at a show in Ikorodu. OMG,”
An online video of his performance shows he was full of life and ready to take on his world with his skills in the music industry. Without knowing that would be his last performance, he gave his best at the show.
Currently there are unsettling assertions about the cause of his death but netizens mourn his demise with deep grief.
