Bbnaija celebrity Phyna has expressed deep regrets over the abortion she had years back.
The actress expressed her sadness over the criticisms and guilt she had felt for years now.
Few months back, the actress had revealed that she had had an abortion and she received lots of backlash from netizens over her reasons and views of abortion. 
Recently, she is confessing that she regrets having the abortion and if she gets pregnant again, she will keep the baby.
She opined that the media had misinterpreted her words when she said every woman has had an abortion one way or the other.
According to her, as at the time she got pregnant, she was twenty years old and couldn’t keep the child because she didn’t want the pregnancy to interfere with her future.
She said:
“I didn’t want to talk about it [abortion] anymore because it is obvious a lot of bloggers try to twist my words to their satisfaction. This is something that happened a very long time ago, too young, as at then I think around 20 years, I knew I wanted to be somebody in life.
“It’s not something I am proud of, I mean nobody should be proud of that, but this happened while I was younger. I knew what I went through. Nobody knew what I went through, it’s not something I am proud of but let’s call a spade a spade.”
She emphasized that she knew the kind of life she wanted, and keeping a baby at the age of twenty wasn’t the best option for her life or that of the baby, hence the abortion.
Although she affirmed that it was a difficult moment for her, she scaled through because she knew the kind of life she wanted.
