During BBNaija Shine Ya Eye Season 6, housemates Angel and Cross were in a ship, which faced several hindrances as a lot of ladies had their eyes on Cross. While they tried to maintain a friendship outside the Biggie’s house, things didn’t work out well for the former lovebirds, and it all came to light during their season reunion. Today, the duo decided to address their issues.
After the Oraimo sponsored task came to an end, Angel and Cross chatted in the garden; where Angel expressed that she was constantly there for him throughout their friendship, providing him with money, food, and support when he needed it; however, Cross the Boss is forever MIA when it comes to him playing his part as a friend because he never seems to return the favour.
She questioned him to find out what acts of service he had done for her as his friend, and while he mentioned doing something for her on her birthday, he struggled to mention anything meaningful and significant.
Angel also added that he made her feel some type of way because he stated that he did not want people to know they were friends, which made no sense to her as their connection was nothing but a friend-ship, and according to her, they didn’t have anything to hide.
Cross defended himself by saying he was only trying to understand what was happening between them. However, Angel said she felt he was trying to feed into the narrative that he was a “golden boy” that she and Saskay wanted.
