Emeka Rollas, the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, has revealed that the mother of the late Junior Pope harbors doubts about her son’s tragic demise.
Junior Pope, along with four other team members, lost his life on April 10 while commuting by water for Adanam Luke’s upcoming film, ‘The Other Side of Life.’
In a recent interview, Emeka Rollas shared insights into Junior Pope’s Cameroonian mother’s disbelief regarding her son’s drowning.
“I met with his mother yesterday, and she’s deeply troubled by the rumors circulating online, suggesting foul play in her son’s death. I had to reassure her, as I was also meant to be on that boat.”
Emeka Rollas went on to emphasize that CPR was administered to Junior Pope immediately after he was brought out of the water after spending four hours submerged.
“Anyone claiming CPR wasn’t performed on Junior Pope is spreading falsehoods. He was recovered lifeless after enduring over four hours underwater,” he affirmed.
