Popular actress Lilian Afegbai has voiced her frustration after being charged N22,000 at a hair salon in Lekki for the removal of her cornrows.
The actress explained that she had just wrapped up shooting a film and needed to loosen her hair for the next scene, which required her natural hair.
Upon entering a salon in Lekki, she requested a quick removal of her cornrows.
However, Lilian was taken aback when she received a bill totaling N22,000 for the procedure. She had anticipated a much lower cost, estimating around 8K to 10K.
Displeased with the exorbitant price, Lilian criticized the high cost of hair services in Lekki and warned that she and others may take action against such inflated prices.
