Following a harrowing boat accident that claimed the lives of four colleagues, including renowned actor Junior Pope, TC Okafor has made the decision to officially retire from acting in Nollywood.
Citing financial struggles and a series of near-death experiences on set, TC expressed his gratitude for surviving but revealed that he could no longer continue in the industry.
In a heartfelt video recounting the boat collision that led to the tragic incident, TC disclosed the challenges he faced, including being poisoned and the financial disputes with the movie producer, Adamma Luke.
Despite being promised payment of 100k for his role, TC alleged that he was not compensated at all, despite risking his life during the ill-fated shoot.
