Emeka Rollas, President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), has hinted at the potential legal action against Adanma Luke, the producer of the film involved in the tragic incident where Junior Pope and four others lost their lives during filming.
Speaking on Arise TV this morning, April 19, Rollas emphasized that the association’s legal team is actively preparing documents as they consider the matter legally actionable.
The unfortunate incident occurred when Junior Pope and members of the cast and crew were involved in a boat mishap in Anambra while en route to the movie location.
Adanma Luke has faced criticism from some Nigerians who allege that she failed to provide adequate safety measures such as life jackets before embarking on the boat journey.
