Reports from Jennysoul highlighted Lizzo’s earlier expression of feeling bullied for clout, leading her to declare she was “quitting.”
The four-time Grammy winner, aged 35, has since clarified that her intention was to quit giving attention to negative energy. In a video message shared on her social media platform, Lizzo conveyed, “When I say I quit, I mean I quit giving any negative energy attention… What I’m not gonna quit is the joy of my life, which is making music.”
