Reports indicate that Christian Combs, son of Diddy, is on the verge of being accused in a forthcoming lawsuit alleging sexual assault and drugging of a woman.
While the lawsuit has not yet been formally filed, attorney Tyrone Blackburn has indicated that preparations are underway.
The identity of Combs’ accuser remains undisclosed, and specific details regarding the case are yet to emerge. While the rapper has not directly addressed the accusations, he did take to social media with a post stating, “stop the cap,” accompanied by a blue cap emoji.
According to WBLS, the allegations against Combs are described as “serious,” adding to the legal challenges facing his father, Diddy, who has recently been embroiled in lawsuits alleging various offenses, including sexual assault, sex trafficking, and drug abuse.
This impending lawsuit follows a period during which federal authorities raided Diddy’s residences in Miami and Los Angeles. During these raids, Christian Combs and his older brother Justin Combs were briefly detained before being released.
Blackburn, known for representing clients in litigation involving celebrities such as T.I. and Tiny, as well as Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty, is also serving as the attorney for Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs earlier this year.
