The Actors Guild of Nigeria has debunked rumors circulating on social media regarding the passing of Nollywood actor, Zack Orji. Reports surfaced on Tuesday suggesting that the ailing actor had succumbed to his illness.
However, Emeka Rollas, the National President of AGN, has dismissed these claims, affirming that Orji is alive and well.
Rollas took to his Instagram account to address the issue, emphasizing that Orji is still alive and urging the public to disregard the false information.
He stated, “Mr. Zack Orji is alive. Please ignore mischief-makers who delight in spreading fake news. This demonstrates the extent of malice some individuals can harbor, which is utterly unacceptable.”
Rollas assured that Orji will overcome his health challenges and continue to fulfill his purpose, concluding with a declaration of faith: “He will not die but live to proclaim the good works of God in Jesus’ name.” Orji had been receiving medical treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of the National Hospital in Abuja since New Year’s Eve.
