Popular Nigerian singer, Seun Kuti has stated that the Nigerian Police are accomplice of kidnappers in the country.
The singer revealed that the police are working together with major kidnapping groups.
While disclosing how he got to this conclusion, he mentioned that while he was detained in the police custody, he was placed in cell one rather than cell two, which was a place meant for severe criminals. He said he discovered that while in cell one that the police are the ringleaders in major abductions in the country.
He said, kidnapping is like being held against one’s will and asked to pay a certain ramson in exchange for your freedom.
