A Nigerian airline departed Lagos and mistakenly landed in Abuja, leaving passengers in panic and enraged.
An X user by the name @dawisu expressed his disappointment in the United Nigerian Airlines for an action that has costs the passengers time
According to him, the aeroplane departed Lagos but landed in Asaba as a result of negligence on the pilot’s side.
The passengers were enraged when they found themselves in Asaba instead of Abuja.
He said:
“Nigeria my country. We departed Lagos about an hour ago on @flyunitedng to Abuja, and upon arrival, the cabin crew confidently announced that we’ve arrived Abuja, only for us to realize that we landed in Asaba. Apparently, our pilot was given wrong flight plan from Lagos.
We are departing Asaba now, I pray we don’t land in Osogbo next!”
