American model and entrepreneur Blac Chyna has filed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in court, claiming her former boyfriend, Twin Hector, signed the document during their relationship, preventing him from publicly discussing her, her family or details of their time together.

The filing forms part of an ongoing legal dispute between the former couple, who have each made allegations against the other following the breakdown of their relationship.
According to court documents, the agreement contains strict confidentiality provisions covering Chyna’s personal life, business affairs and members of her family.

What the NDA reportedly covers
Court filings state that Twin Hector allegedly agreed not to disclose confidential information obtained during the relationship.
The agreement reportedly covers:
- Chyna’s personal life
- Business activities
- Private conversations
- Family matters
- Information obtained during the relationship
The NDA also reportedly prohibits him from recording or filming Chyna without her consent.
Children also included in agreement
According to the court filing, the confidentiality provisions extend beyond Blac Chyna herself.
The NDA reportedly also covers her children:
- King Cairo, whom she shares with rapper Tyga
- Dream Kardashian, whom she shares with Rob Kardashian
The agreement also reportedly includes Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, among those whose private information must remain confidential.
$5 million penalty clause
One of the most notable provisions in the document is a clause requiring payment of $5 million in liquidated damages if the agreement is violated.
However, legal experts generally note that whether such clauses are ultimately enforceable depends on the specific facts of each case and the applicable law.
The court has not yet ruled on the validity or enforceability of the agreement.
Ongoing legal dispute
The NDA surfaced as part of continuing litigation involving Chyna and Twin Hector.
Following the end of their relationship in 2023, both parties have accused each other of abuse.
Those allegations remain part of ongoing legal proceedings, and the court has not reached a final determination regarding the claims.
No final court decision yet
Although the NDA has now been submitted as evidence, the filing itself does not determine the outcome of the case.
A court will ultimately decide:
- Whether the agreement is valid.
- Whether it was breached.
- Whether any damages, if warranted, should be awarded.
At this stage, the allegations contained in the court filings remain subject to judicial review.
Privacy agreements common among celebrities
Confidentiality agreements are frequently used by public figures, entertainers and business executives to protect private information.
Such agreements often restrict the disclosure of:
- Personal communications
- Financial information
- Family matters
- Business dealings
- Photos, recordings and videos
However, courts may scrutinize these agreements carefully, particularly where allegations of misconduct or broader public-interest issues are involved.
Case continues
The legal dispute between Blac Chyna and Twin Hector remains ongoing, with both parties continuing to pursue their respective claims through the courts.
No final judgment has yet been delivered, and the issues surrounding the reported NDA and the allegations made by both sides are expected to be determined during future court proceedings.
