The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has affectionately encouraging his daughter, Princess Adeola Ogunwusi, to find a suitable partner as she celebrates her 30th birthday.
The king reflected on her journey into womanhood and expressed his gratitude for her fulfilling life and ever listening to all his advice.
Recalling their past conversations, the Ooni spoke fondly of discussing her education and future aspirations at age 10, and emphasizing the importance of values and well-being when she turned 20.
He also playfully noted that with each passing decade, she has asserted her independence. Now, as a mature woman, he lovingly requests that she bring a husband home to him.
