FITNESS GOALS—WHATS YOUR EXCUSE
Hey guys how are you doing and your fitness goals how’s that faring?
A lot of us make fitness goals at the beginning of the year and somewhat get discouraged when we don’t see any result.
We get discouraged and give up.
We say being fit is not our thing or we say our spouses like us the way we are.
When we are fit, we are healthy. We are free from some diseases to an extent and we feel good with ourselves.
It pays to be fit! Enough of the procrastination. You cannot continue to always wish for a fit body. You need to make it happen. You need to take decisive action and get to it.
So get up and get to that fitness goal of yours. Do it bit by bit till you get to your goal. Consistency is key and remember No pain No gain.
