The bodies of the 17 soldiers slain by hoodlums in Okuama community, Ughelli North local government area of Delta State, will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Abuja today, March 27.
The soldiers tragically lost their lives during a communal clash fueled by a land dispute between Bomadi and Okuoma communities in Delta State.
The Nigerian Army announced that the burial ceremony is scheduled for 3 pm. President Bola Tinubu is expected to attend as the Special Guest of Honour.
